T. Simonic C.P.A., MACC
Mr. Simonic
has been in public accounting since 1980. He is currently Chief
Executive Officer and founding partner of Simonic, Simonic, Ratnecht
and Associates which is a full-service financial management firm that
handles all phases of corporate and personal taxes as well as
business development and financial planning.
Mr. Simonic,
personally and corporately, has been an independent auditor for
commercial corporations, not-for-profit corporations, healthcare
organizations, and organizations that apply for reimbursements from
the State of Florida for oil and gas, soil reclamation services, and
governmental audits required under GASB 34 guidelines for schools. He
has extensive experience with professionals such as attorneys,
doctors and other medical practitioners.
Additionally,
he is experienced in all phases of accounting, management consulting,
and financial consulting on the corporate and personal level. He is
sought after by many not-for-profit organizations for financial,
organizational, tax and regulatory advice and assistance.
Apart from his
duties at Simonic, Simonic, Ratnecht and Associates, Nick Simonic is
also an experienced financial counselor, ordained minister, published
author and former radio talk show host. He is the founder and Chief
Executive Officer of Financial Freedom Services, Inc. and Effective
Christianity, Inc. Both organizations are dedicated to helping people
obtain financial freedom from debt. This is accomplished through the
Living Debt Free, By The Word Seminars, conducted nationwide, along
with his tax and financial seminars.
Mr. Simonic
holds a B.S. degree in Economics from Wagner College, NY, a B.S.
degree and a Master of Accountancy in Accounting degree from the
University of North Florida. He is also a certified financial planner.
 Sean
M. Simonic MCSE
Sean M.
Simonic has been with the firm for over 15 years. He is the managing
partner and Vice-President. Sean heads up all firm administration and
computer network administration. Sean also leads the Business
Development Program and Planning Department. Sean travels the country
to conduct client and team advisory boards for a select group of
clientele. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of
North Florida. Mr. Simonic also holds several Information Technology
certifications including Microsoft MCSE, A+, Networking, Hardware
& Software certifications.
 Joanne
F. Ratnecht C.P.A., MACC
Joanne
Ratnecht is a partner and the Manager of the Tax Department. Mrs.
Ratnecht holds a Master of Accountancy Degree and her previous
experience includes accounting work for the City of Fernandina Beach,
FL, 10 years experience as the Tax Supervisor for Martin, Dolan &
Holton in Glen Allen, VA., and Two years as the Tax Manager for Mann,
Frankfort, Stein & Lipp Advisors, Inc. in Houston, TX.
